speech is important, but not to the point of damaging any person, and or group to prove
your point of view. If your posting access is disabled, it will remain so indefinitely. No
refunds will be issued for this reason.
FORBIDDEN ACTIVITIES
usenet-uncensored.com has a zero-tolerance policy for the following activities, and
performing any of them will cause permanent suspension of your posting ability. These
activities include, but are not limited to:
- Flooding: Attempting to take over a newsgroup by flooding it with your posts.
- Trolling: Harassing or annoying other newsgroup users repeatedly.
- Copyright Infringement: Posting anything that is not in the public domain and that you
do not own the rights to. Please read our copyright policy here.
- Posting Illegal Content: Posting anything that is not legal in the United States.
- Posting Off-Topic: Posting something that does not belong in that newsgroup, as
indicated by its charter or FAQ article.
- Crossposting: Posting the same article to more than three newsgroups is prohibited. The
article posted must be on-topic for each group it is posted to.
- Harassment/Cyberstalking: Threatening or provoking confrontation with another party,

CANCELING AND REFUNDS
Absolutely no refunds will be given
after a username and password have been issued. Even if you cancel immediately after
joining, your account will not expire until the end of it's current term. If we find a
charge has been forcefully refunded or charged back, you will be in violation of this
agreement. You may cancel your membership at any time, to do so send an email to accounts@usenet-uncensored.com with the
receipt email issued to you by CCBILL. along with your account username and password. Your
account will then be canceled at the end of your subscription period. Chargebacks or
forced refunds from your account will also cause you to be listed in an online fraud
database. This will prevent you from using your credit card, or phone number on the
internet again with thousands of companies that use CCBILL. for their online billing. If
you were never assigned a username and password due to an error on the part of
usenet-uncensored.com, we will activate your account and compensate you (with extra time)
for any lost time. We will not issue refunds for any other reason, with the exception of
fraud (read below for details). Even if you do not, or can not access our service because
you are unable to properly configure a software news reader program or any other reason,
there are still no refunds given.
FRAUD
If your credit card or phone number
was fraudulently used to gain access to this service, Email a copy of the Police Report to
us at webmaster@usenet-uncensored.com.
We will have CCBILL. refund the charge and have your credit card or phone number blocked
from anyone ever using it with CCBILL. again. We will provide this information to the FBI
and/or Interpol for substantiation of criminal fraud charges. We take fraud very
seriously, and will press charges, both criminal and civil. Users who commit fraud by
gaining access to our sites and then by what ever means obtains refunds, are committing
fraud against a corporation in interstate commerce.
A Note from our billing company
regarding refunds and fraud claims:
It should be noted that, with very few
exceptions, every credit card refund results in that card number being entered into
CBILL's negative database. This is our in-house record of past problem customers. Yes,
it's possible for a never-before-encountered credit card number to fraudulently buy from
one CCBILLclient... once. After that, the card number is forever blocked from purchasing
